A Fringe Kind Of Love

Written by DavidOnMars

In a stunning plot twist that only a show like Fringe could pull off,  Agent Olivia Dunham ties the knot with her deceased ex-agent-lover, John Scott… IN REAL LIFE!!!

That’s right - all you sci-fi goddess worshiping fanboys can go back to the drawing boards.  It has been confirmed that Fringe stars Anna Torv (Agent Dunham) and Mark Valley (Agent Scott) quietly exchanged vows over the holidays.  I guess that scene at the beginning of the first episode where the two agents are lying together in bed confessing their love for each other wasn’t so far off the mark, huh?

You know… as an avid fan of the show, I have to say I’m kinda scared to see the baby :/  Congrats to the happy couple!

Tune into First on Mars to find and watch Fringe episodes online.

The Buzz: ‘24′ Season Preview

Written by DavidOnMars

At long last, the 24 season premiere airs this Sunday, and as you might imagine, there is a whole lot of buzz around the new season - excitement due in no small part, I’m sure, to the recent Fox Winter press junket and 24 premiere party. Interviews, sneak peeks, reviews and other news pieces have been popping up all over the place online including these juicy tidbits at BuddyTV and review from Entertainment Weekly.

Coming off of a somewhat disappointing season and over a year’s wait, it looks like fans of the show are in for a real treat.  From what I’ve been reading, the cast seems like a good mix of original characters, old favs and new faces such as Janine Garofalo who comes on as somewhat of a Chloe doppelganger.  And if all the chatter rings true, it looks like the action and story line smacks of that kind of classic Bauerian pandemonium we’ve come to know and love.  Oh and check this out - Tony Almeida’s not dead!

Curios?!?  Check out these preview clips at E! Online and head on over to First on Mars to find and watch older 24 episodes before the big premiere!

Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy

Written by DavidOnMars

Entertainment Weekly recently named Seth MacFarlane (creator of Family Guy and American Dad!) the Smartest Person in TV.  Being the highest-paid writer in TV who has built a billion dollar empire out of his hit shows and signature animation and comedy style, it’s no wonder that title is his.

For those who just can’t get enough of the off-beat humor, Seth also launched his Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy, a series of animated shorts only available online.  Devoid of any central plot or theme, the Cavalcade shorts tend to hit on Seth’s more bizarre, indulgent side, which is just fine for the hardcore Seth fans of the world.  Eleven webisodes currently exist with more expected to come up to a final count of 50.

Recently added to the First on Mars guide, you can now use FOM to find and watch all eleven Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy episodes, including this little gem about some cats who have their staff meeting “crashed”:

Of course you can watch your fav Family Guy episodes and American Dad episodes at First on Mars.  And keep an eye out for the new Family Guy spin-off, The Cleveland Show, currently set to premiere in Fall 2009.  Freakin’ Sweet!!!
